At Verde Vista Landscapes, we follow a 6-step process that ensures we meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. Our process includes an initial consultation, site analysis, conceptual design, design development, implementation and final hand over at the your request.
1. Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we discuss your needs, goals, and budget. We also evaluate the site and its opportunities and constraints.
2. Site Analysis
We conduct a site analysis to understand the site's physical, ecological, and social context. This analysis helps us develop a design that responds to the site's unique features and challenges.
3. Conceptual Design
Using the information gathered during the consultation and site analysis, we develop a conceptual design that outlines the overall vision, layout, and functionality of the space.
4. Design Development
Once the conceptual design is approved, we develop detailed designs and specifications for each element of the landscape, including hardscapes, softscapes, irrigation and lighting.
5. Implementation
Once all plans and quotes have been approved we start with the implementation of the designs. We provide an estimated finalisation date dependant on the scope of work to be done. We also provide regular updates to ensure you know what is happening.
6. Site Handover
After the implementation phase is complete, we can provide a full run through of the newly installed products together with training and guidance on maintenance aspects to ensure you get the best results over time.
